legalpartner.berlin assists HMS Networks AB in German acquisition

legalpartner.berlin assisted HMS Networks AB (publ), the leading independent supplier of products for industrial communication and remote management, in the acquisition of 74.9 % of the shares in the German company WEBfactory GmbH, a leading provider of web-based software solutions for the Industrial Internet of things, IIoT.

The remaining 25.1 % of the shares are owned by founder and CEO Bernhard Böhrer. WEBfactory GmbH is headquartered in Buchen, Germany and has a subsidiary in Sibiu, Romania.

The legalpartner.berlin-team working on the transaction included Jürgen Busch, Dr. Jan Valentin Deichsel and Roland Weiss.
