Professional indemnity insurance
legalpartner.berlin, a partnership with limited professional liability, is obliged under Article 51 a BRAO to maintain professional indemnity insurance with minimum insurance cover of 2,500,000 EUR per claim. legalpartner.berlin has professional indemnity insurance from AXA Versicherung AG, PO Box 92 01 14, 51151 Cologne. It provides coverage throughout Europe.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
In the event of disputes arising between the lawyers and their clients, application for out-of-court dispute resolution may be submitted to the Berlin Law Society, Rauchstr. 26, 10787 Berlin or the Celle Law Society, Bahnhofstr. 5, 29221 Celle (in accordance with Article 73(2)(3 ) in conjunction with Article 73(5) BRAO) or to the Bar Arbitration Board (Articles 191ff. BRAO) at the Federal Law Society, accessible on the internet via the homepage of the Federal Law Society (www.brak.de), email: schlichtungsstelle@brak.de
